A Future Headquarters at the Forefront of Innovation

The Legrand Campus Paris project is the realization of an ambitious vision. The site, which will house Legrand's future headquarters, is undergoing restructuring and expansion after partial demolition of existing facilities. This approach will enable Legrand to create a modern and collaborative work environment for its employees.

One of the project's highlights is the creation of a next-generation showroom called Innoval. This showroom will showcase all of Legrand Group's brands and provide an immersive experience for visitors. It will serve as a technological showcase for Legrand's innovative products and solutions.

The primary goal of the Legrand Campus Paris is to consolidate all of Legrand's employees in the Paris region at a single site. This consolidation will facilitate communication, strengthen collaboration among teams, and promote innovation within the group.

An Inspiring and Green Workspace

The Legrand Campus Paris will be more than just a corporate headquarters. It will include the creation of a cloister with a green area, providing an inspiring work environment that promotes employee well-being. This approach, emphasizing nature and sustainability, aligns with Legrand's commitment to promoting a responsible corporate culture and fits perfectly with the "Ingénieurs & Citoyens" initiative by setec.

The Legrand Campus Paris project aims to create a true campus, incorporating collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, and the Innoval showroom. This stimulating environment will encourage creativity and interaction among Legrand's teams.

The Legrand Campus Paris will be built in accordance with high environmental performance standards. It is targeting several certifications, including HQE Bâtiment Durable, BREEAM, WELL, R2S, and SmartScore labels.
